The journey towards healing can feel overwhelming or impossible, but with support and guidance, desired change and growth can be achieved. I believe an important part of therapy is creating a safe and open environment. I strive to build a strong trusting relationship so you are able to learn, grow, and be vulnerable in order to start the healing process.
MY STORY
I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) providing therapy to adults and adolescents. I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. I have years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.
